You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a short video/photo showing the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.
