Refund policy

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • To start a return, please contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a short video/photo showing the issue.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders).

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

      • You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.

      • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
